We are seeking a dedicated IELTS Trainer to join our team in Sidh, Kharian. This on-site position involves preparing students for the IELTS exam by delivering comprehensive training across all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, able to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, and committed to helping learners achieve their desired scores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IELTS preparation classes covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking sections.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that address the specific needs of students.
- Monitor student progress closely and provide constructive feedback regularly.
- Organize and administer mock tests, followed by detailed evaluation of results.
- Keep up to date with the latest IELTS exam trends, formats, and best practices to ensure effective training.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of proven experience in IELTS training.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students.
- Flexibility to conduct evening or weekend classes if required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates residing in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Jhelum, and Gujrat are encouraged to apply. Selected candidates from Rawalpindi and Islamabad may be eligible for weekly travel allowance (TA/DA) for the duration of the course, subject to organizational policies and approval.
This is a part-time, contract-based role with a monthly remuneration ranging from Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,000. The work location is strictly in-person at the Sidh, Kharian site.
