IELTS/PTE Instructor

VICPAK Language Center is seeking an English language instructor to join our Islamabad office, specializing in IELTS and PTE preparation. While extensive experience specifically in IELTS or PTE teaching is not mandatory, candidates should have a background in ESL or English language teaching, a strong command of English, and some prior teaching experience. This role involves delivering lessons within a structured training program, with ongoing support and guidance provided by our Head of Language Assessment. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly explain concepts, manage classroom dynamics effectively, and provide constructive feedback to students. A willingness to follow established course plans and assessment procedures, as well as a commitment to professional growth, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IELTS and PTE instruction as part of the centralized training program.
- Explain language concepts clearly and effectively to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Manage classroom environments to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Provide timely and useful feedback to students to support their language development.
- Follow shared course plans and adhere to assessment procedures consistently.
- Participate in ongoing training and academic development activities under the guidance of the Head of Language Assessment.

Required Qualifications
- Background in ESL or English language teaching.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Some prior teaching experience, preferably in language instruction.
- Ability to communicate concepts clearly and manage classroom dynamics.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the center’s teaching methodologies and assessment standards.
