Job Description

•         Evaluate and understand the market size of the Industry

•         Evaluate and understand the industry trends to identify the business opportunities

•         Understand the product wise industry trend

•         Understand the growth trends

•         Understand the segment-wise growth/decline trend of the industry

•         Responsible for Budgeted GC (Gross Contribution)

•         Responsible for Budgeted NC (Net Contribution)

•         Look after complete OOH campaign

•         Look after complete Brand Activation programs of the brand portfolio

•         Plan and execute all marketing events

•         Conceive idea for new product development based on market opportunity and consumer demand/consumption trends

•         Coordinate with all the relevant departments like Supply chain, QC, R & D, Production, Finance, Sales and procurement for its smooth execution

•         Ensure effective launches based on product development and Brand extension strategy as and when required

•         Ensure effective re-launches in existing product mix based on product development

•         Handle all Qualitative and Quantitative researches related to assigned brands

•         Conduct the product-based focus groups

•         Retail Audits Analysis

•         Communication concept testing researches

•         Keep track and evaluate the sales performance of the individual brand on a monthly basis

•         Keep liaising with sales department to improve the sales performance

•         Coordination with sales department for sales forecast

•         Give suggestion in the compilation of sales forecast as per the market potential

•         Weekly market visit to be made

•         SWOT Analysis of assigned brand and competitors brands to be made

•         Price tracking to be made
