Ignite Pakistan is the biggest marketing agency of Pakistan. We’re specifically looking for a client service executive who can effectively handle client queries and projects. As CSE you will help in developing strategies and building strong relationships with customers. Objectives of this Role
- Executing projects with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation etc.
- Establish a trusted and strategic relationship to help drive continued value of our services
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external people to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Internship or job Experience of one years of experience in communications, marketing and event planning
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and research tools
- Event planning experience a plus
