Ihsan Sons Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Packing Supervisor with at least five years of relevant experience, ideally within a tissue converting unit. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of packing processes, including familiarity with key packaging materials such as cartons, boxes, and poly sizes.
Responsibilities
The candidate must have a good knowledge of packing and have experience in a tissue converting unit as a packing supervisor.
The candidate must be knowledgeable about key lines for new cartons, boxes, and poly size.
Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring correct packaging, labeling, and cleanliness.
Monitor inventory levels, requisition packing materials, and ensure supplies are available when needed.
Prepare daily production reports, documenting, for example, output, waste, and downtime.
Execute daily/weekly packing schedules, ensuring finished products are ready for shipment on time.
