Reviewing purchase orders and coordinate with the concerned department.
Coordination with clients (Internal & External).
Monitor price increases and communicating changes as necessary.
Visit vendors and suppliers for purchases, item returns, or replace or repairs, and maintenance.
Prepare purchase orders and handle purchase stock.
Prepare daily activity reports of purchased items.
Good knowledge of local markets.
Maintain complete up-to-date photocopy purchasing records/data of prices, quotations, bills, and invoices.
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers for cash purchases.
Prepare a comparative analysis of quotations and report to management.
Must have FMCG experience
