Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

I&K Enterprises is seeking a creative and data-driven Assistant Manager Digital Marketing to elevate the brand presence across various digital channels within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. This role requires an agile marketer who can lead a team of two digital marketing professionals, manage agency partnerships, and execute high-impact performance and content marketing campaigns that drive measurable conversion and engagement. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end digital and social media marketing operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless execution of initiatives to boost brand visibility and return on investment. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for collaborating closely with social media and performance agencies, developing strategic content plans, and optimizing digital campaign outcomes through rigorous data analysis. This position involves driving creative storytelling, managing influencer and digital public relations partnerships, and continuously tracking industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally to meet ambitious marketing targets effectively.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of social media and performance marketing agencies to ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive monthly digital content calendars, creative concepts, and trend-oriented campaigns for key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google to increase brand relevance and engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators including click-through rates, engagement metrics, reach, impressions, video views, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to improve campaign effectiveness.
Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships and digital public relations collaborations to extend campaign reach and elevate brand authority.
Track emerging digital marketing trends, updates in platform algorithms, and competitor strategies to innovate and refine marketing tactics proactively.
Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance and report on results to stakeholders effectively.
Manage and mentor a team of two digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with agency service level agreements and campaign delivery deadlines to meet organizational goals.
Drive creative thinking and storytelling across all digital marketing efforts to resonate with target audiences and strengthen brand loyalty.
