- Monitor inventory levels and to create suitable production schedules.
- Prepare the weekly production plan on the basis of monthly forecast and share among the team.
- Evaluation of weekly production plan at the end of the week.
- Evaluation KPI (Production, Procurement, Inventory, QA)
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw / packing materials needed to cover production demand
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
- Monitor production to ensure productivity.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports on daily basis.
- Keep paperwork organized
- Collaborate with quality control, quality assurance, warehouse and other staff.
