Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s from a reputable institute.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or social media management.
Responsibilities:
- Shopify Experience with website maintenance, SEO, email marketing etc
- Manage all online activity about traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting
- Research the market to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance
- Reply to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and email
- Write concise and engaging content for various marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Work with Marketing to create and implement marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc
Skill Set needed:
- Shopify
- Social Media Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok
- Graphic Design, Canva, Photoshop
- Strong Communication skills and Fluent in English
- Photography for content creation
