We are a thriving e-commerce business with a dynamic presence on Shopify. Our commitment to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service has garnered us a loyal customer base. We are seeking a diligent and proactive individual to join our team as a Shopify Store Manager & Customer Support representative.
Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management:
- Organize and sort products into appropriate collections.
- Create product bundles and manage promotions effectively.
- Ensure all products are accurately displayed in their respective collections.
- Regularly update product descriptions, images, and pricing as needed.
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via WhatsApp and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, shipping, and returns.
- Assist customers with order tracking and status updates.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a Shopify store or similar e-commerce platform is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Shopify's backend system for product management and order processing.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
