• Setting appointments and doing direct selling.
  • To handle customers according to sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner.
  • To meet all the established quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with all company / client policies, procedures, and practices.
  • To endure that highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidences are reported and highlighted.
  • Should be able to make at least 200-300 calls on a daily basis.
  • Should pay special emphasis on target-based selling.
