We are looking for an excellent HR Executive to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Translating requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Creating and designing effective trainings according to the training need assessment
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills; both written and verbal
- Experience in creating delivering training
- Must have an MBA degree with majors in HR
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
