Responsibilities;

  • Assistance in Employee Attendance management and payroll management using HR Portal.
  • Actively monitoring employees using company’s monitoring system or mechanism for enforcing compliance with policies.
  • Identifying and reporting policy violations to concerned stakeholders for actions with great follow up for actions.
  • Assistance in general day to day HR Operations across the company.
  • HR Correspondence and interdepartmental coordination.
  • Assistance in HR initiatives and other creational projects assigned.
