• Employee Profiling including Pre and Post Joining documents uploading on HCM
  • Support in end-to-end coordination for new joiner onboarding
  • Shift and attendance management
  • Bank account activation of employees in the official designated Bank (s)
  • Checking, disbursing and Dispatching insurance and OPD claims
  • Handle EOBI and SESSI online portals and manage the payments accordingly
  • Company ID Card and SIM Issuance to new and existing employees
  • Issuance of employment letters, visa correspondence letters, experience letters, NOC etc.
  • Provide proactive support to HR leads in organizing international & regional events and provide support in organizing various local events including long service awards, Eid, Birthdays and Independence day celebrations to enhance employee experience.

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
