You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure that products, processes, and services meet or exceed established quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of quality professionals, develop and implement quality management systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
Quality Management System (QMS) Development: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC): Establish QA and QC processes to monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the production lifecycle, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
Team Leadership: Led and managed a team of quality assurance specialists, inspectors, and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the effective execution of quality-related activities.
Quality Audits: Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to evaluate and qualify suppliers, monitor supplier performance, and address quality issues related to purchased materials or components.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, ensuring that the organization remains in compliance with applicable requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, optimize operational efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis: Analyze quality data, metrics, and trends to identify root causes of quality issues, implement preventive measures, and make data-driven decisions to improve quality performance.
Customer Feedback Management: Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions, and use this information to drive improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, R&D, and customer support, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and initiatives.
