Saad Ahsan Residency & Citizenship is expanding its sales team in Karachi and seeking a motivated Immigration Advisor who is enthusiastic about global mobility and client advisory. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through immigration processes while driving sales growth and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth and efficient registration process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate documentation.
- Stay informed about Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) programs, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Build and utilize professional networks to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional advisory services and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, immigration consultancy, or advisory roles. Experience specifically in second passport and residency programs is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and consistently meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated networking skills with a proven track record of converting opportunities into results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with second passport and residency programs is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 130,000.
- Work location is in-person, providing direct engagement with clients and internal teams.
