Key Responsibilities
The Immigration Consultant will provide expert advice on immigration pathways, residency options, and citizenship procedures by assessing individual client profiles to recommend the most suitable solutions. Responsibilities include preparing visa applications, reviewing supporting documentation, and monitoring the progress of cases to ensure timely updates. The consultant will maintain accurate client records and stay informed about current immigration laws and policies. Coordination with relevant authorities and partner organizations is essential, along with communicating updates and requirements clearly and promptly to clients. Additionally, the role involves contributing to internal process improvements and supporting the team in delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration trends, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations effectively.
- Experience in handling visa applications, including document review and case management.
- Familiarity with legal frameworks related to immigration, residency, and citizenship processes.
- Proven consulting skills, including client assessment, solution recommendation, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in standard office software and case management or CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are considered a plus.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting or a related advisory role is preferred.
