Immigration Specialist

Our client, a reputable immigration consultancy based in Karachi, is seeking a dedicated and experienced female Immigration Consultant with a strong sales background to join their onsite team. The role focuses on providing expert guidance to individuals planning to move abroad, combining in-depth knowledge of immigration pathways with effective sales skills to meet conversion targets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in immigration services sales, excellent client interaction abilities, and a thorough understanding of immigration procedures across various countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and eligibility.
- Assess client profiles based on education, work experience, language proficiency, and other relevant factors.
- Advise clients on the most suitable immigration pathways tailored to their individual circumstances.
- Clearly communicate immigration processes and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Stay informed about the latest immigration laws, policies, and requirements for multiple countries.
- Collaborate closely with internal processing teams to ensure smooth and efficient case handling.
- Maintain and update CRM systems daily, documenting client interactions, follow-ups, and progress.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional client service with accuracy and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in immigration sales.
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes, documentation, and procedural requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convincingly present and sell services.
- Client-focused approach with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Other Details
- Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi, Pakistan
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with alternate Fridays off
