Your Profile
- 4+ years of Java experience
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Experience with Spring boot, hibernate, experience in a micro service architecture, and cloud environments is a big plus
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must have experience in Java/J2EE, preferable Java 8 or above
- Spring MVC, Spring boot, Spring data, security, Java Play and ORM
- Understanding JSON, AJAX, XML, HTTP/HTTPS and SMTP
- Experience with APIs (Rest/SOAP)
- SQL / NOSQL
- Experience with development and deployment of Enterprise/Web applications (Tomcat, Apache) in both Windows and Linux environments
- Experience with Apache Maven/Gradle/SBT
- Experience using Version control (i.e.: GIT, GitHub/Bit bucket/SVN)
- Understanding best code practices and design patterns
- Good to have experience with Scala and Python or candidate must be willing to learn
- Good to have experience in CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins, AWS etc or at least must be familiar with this
- Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
- Should be able to debug / understand / enhance / improve existing code, services/applications
- Strong object-oriented analysis & programming skills
- Experience in working in an agile development environment
