Although this role does not involve team management, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively is essential. The Senior Sales Engineer contributes significantly by bridging the gap between technical specifications and customer needs. Using strong interpersonal skills, the candidate engages with clients to understand their requirements, presents tailored technical solutions, and manages the sales process through effective quotation and negotiation. This position also supports the company's business goals by maintaining updated product knowledge, collaborating with internal teams, and employing CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales opportunities. Travel within the territory forms an important part of this position to build lasting customer relationships and to actively pursue new business opportunities.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the companys product lines to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Manage the full sales cycle from identifying potential clients to closing sales, including delivering technical presentations and preparing commercial quotations.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships by understanding their technical and business needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
Utilize CRM and sales reporting tools to document customer interactions, monitor sales pipelines, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
Collaborate with internal teams such as product development and marketing to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Plan and execute travel within the Punjab region to meet customers, attend industry events, and support sales objectives in the field.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while adhering to industry regulations and standards.
Manage time effectively to balance customer visits, administrative tasks, and continuous learning of technical and commercial skills.
Prepare and deliver professional sales documentation, including proposals, quotations, and post-sales reports.
