- Plan, Design, Coordinate and Execute Project Management tasks, with conformance to company’s high quality standards.
- Consistently maintain organizational standards and processes while implementing day to day tasks.
- Take complete responsibility & ownership of assigned projects, from coordinating and providing functional support to the Design Team in the area of work, (i.e. conceptualizing and executing design themes, based on clients’ requirements) to communicating clarifications to contractors.
- Exercise creative freedom towards meeting clients’ expectations/requirements in alignment with the design philosophy & quality standards of IDI.
- Strike a mean between the design concepts and requirements by clients and add value to assigned tasks, working in the best interest of the firm, with complete commitment and focus.
- Be able to clearly identify any functional disorders and structural issues in building plans.
- Conceptualize, plan, develop, prepare and enhance concepts, schematic designs and working drawings on various projects, as assigned from time to time
- Work closely with clients to meet their design needs and incorporate timely changes as required, throughout the design process
- Visit various sites and conduct supervision, surveys and inspections in conjunction with Client, Contractor and Consultant meetings, and prepare reports for the management.
- Coordinate, inspect, and monitor projects
- Any other official tasks as assigned by CEO
- Travel within IDI network of offices, if necessary
