The job holder will make it certain that clients, customers, etc. are dealt with supreme courtesy as one of the main focuses of the position is to create a favorable image of the organization and present it keeping in view its reputation and commitment to service.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years’ experience in Front Desk Management/Reception
- Good Understanding of PABX System
- Excellent Speaking and Customer Services Skills
- Good written and spoken English.
- Time management skills.
- Good Interpersonal/communication skills.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Flexibility to respond to changing situations.
