1. Responsible to maintain the daily & monthly HR reports, involves in the recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, handling daily attendance and leaves record.
2. Responsible to ensure compliance of rules & regulations pertaining to HR.
3. Responsible to work towards the operational and general management of IDI.
4. Ensure co-ordination and functional support and to maintain organizational standards and processes while implementing day to day tasks.
5. Ensure that the entire office is in good running condition on daily basis, making of official letter envelops, labels & transmittals, also responsible for outdoor work etc.
6. Organize and track all documentation between the company and vendors.
7. Monitor daily operations and address potential issue when they arise.
