The ideal candidate should be familiar with all aspects of online marketing and be able to show a track record of successful outcomes with account management, performance, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the creation of client briefs and, where required,
  • Present and sell our work as well as cross/upsell clients onto larger scopes of work. You should be prepared to introduce the right internal stakeholder when needed.
  • Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicate, and seek approval of any changes to these.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients.
  • Presenting effective social media strategies and training to clients when needed.
  • Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis.
  • Develop and implement all advanced digital marketing campaigns e.g. Pay-per-click (PPC)/Pay-Per-Performance (PPP), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Search Engine Optimization(SEO), Email Marketing, Send Marketing Messages (SMS) campaigns.
  • Build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure the overall ROI and KPIs of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify current marketing trends and insights.
  • Optimize the costs and campaign performance based on these insights.

Qualification and Experience:

  • A  bachelor's degree in marketing plus 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager/Director, Project Manager, or Partner Manager, preferably in an agency, marketing/software company/ e-commerce company, consumer products, apps, or services for well-known consumer brands.
  • Certification of Advanced Digital Media Marketing will be preferred.
  • Experience managing accounts with monthly recurring revenue.
  • Personable, and able to work effectively with a variety of different people, personalities, and backgrounds.
  • Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
  • Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, and Google+.
