Implementation Analyst

We are currently seeking a Local Operations Analyst on a permanent fixed-term contract to support the execution, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of payment and means-of-payment operational activities within a local entity or country. This role plays a vital part in tracking operational performance, managing controls, supporting reconciliations, following up on incidents, and analyzing processes related to digital and plastic cards, voucher operations, production coordination, fulfillment, and service delivery. The Local Operations Analyst collaborates closely with Local Operations Managers, operational teams, Finance, Customer Care, Technology, vendors, and partners to ensure efficient, compliant, and data-driven operational management.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily operational activities, service levels, KPIs, and performance indicators. Prepare reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and analyses. Track incidents, delays, service disruptions, and anomalies. Support follow-up activities related to fulfillment, production, distribution, and processing. Contribute to operational visibility and governance reporting.

- Operational Analysis & Process Support: Analyze workflows, operational data, and performance trends to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. Assist in implementing process improvements and optimization initiatives. Support documentation, process mapping, and procedure updates. Participate in operational testing and validation as needed.

- Operational Controls & Compliance: Execute operational controls and verification activities to maintain accurate and traceable records, reconciliations, and reports. Contribute to audits, compliance reviews, and remediation efforts. Monitor adherence to procedures and governance standards, escalating risks or deviations when identified.

- Stakeholder Coordination & Support: Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Care, Payment, Technology, and vendor teams. Coordinate with production partners, logistics providers, and vendors. Provide analysis and reporting support for governance meetings. Facilitate operational communication, service coordination, knowledge sharing, and documentation maintenance.

- Continuous Improvement & Operational Efficiency: Support initiatives aimed at operational optimization and automation. Assist in standardizing reporting and governance practices. Help improve operational tools, dashboards, and monitoring processes. Promote accuracy, efficiency, and service quality while supporting ongoing enhancement of methodologies and controls.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operational analysis, payment operations, operational reporting, or financial services operations.
- Experience with payment products, fulfillment, logistics, or operational controls is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Fluency in English is required for global, regional, or area roles. For local roles, fluency in the local language is essential; English is an advantage for communication in multinational environments.
