Implementation Solutions Engineer

The Implementation Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing production environments by investigating issues, troubleshooting escalated queries, and implementing configuration changes. This position requires close collaboration with multiple teams including Customer Support, IT, Development, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery of projects and timely resolution of production challenges. The role is based in Pechs, Block 6, Karachi, offering a market-competitive salary along with attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate logs and provide effective resolutions for assigned tickets.
- Deliver Level 2 support by troubleshooting escalated technical queries.
- Perform configurations and testing within prototype environments.
- Implement configuration changes in live production systems.
- Manage real-time production issues and deliver optimal solutions promptly.
- Assign or escalate issues to relevant teams with comprehensive details and within required timelines.
- Understand complex problems and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analyze and document user requirements to develop detailed technical specifications.
- Efficiently complete all assigned projects and tasks within deadlines.
- Provide accurate work estimations and collaborate closely with the Team Lead and GOPS management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work in coordination with Customer Support, Relationship Management, IT, Development, and Operations teams to achieve efficient results.
- Review, manage, and maintain the internal knowledge base to support ongoing operations.
- Utilize database knowledge including SQL, Postgres, and Ignite; familiarity with C programming is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the FIX Protocol is considered a plus.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in handling real-time production configuration issues.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Level 2 support experience.
- Solid understanding of databases such as SQL, Postgres, and MongoDB.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Karachi location.
