Role Description The Import Export Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day import and export operations, including coordinating customs clearance, managing export and import documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant international trade regulations.

The Import Export Manager will liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, generate GDs and manage the team to plan and execute shipments, resolve operational issues, and optimize logistics processes. The role also involves monitoring shipment schedules, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Import Export and International Trade, with practical experience managing cross-border shipments. (experienced in GD creation)
Candidates should possess skills in Export and Export Documentation, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining shipment-related documents and compliance records.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities in a clear and professional manner.
Experience in Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) operations, preferably within Pakistan or similar markets, is an advantage.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in basic office software and shipment tracking tools; familiarity with ERP or logistics systems is a plus.
