Impressols HR is seeking a motivated MTO Supply Chain professional with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in inventory management, logistics coordination, and demand planning, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials through the supply chain. This position requires a graduate-level education and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role does not include managing a team but involves coordinating with multiple departments to meet business objectives.
In this role, the candidate will play a crucial part in optimizing supply chain operations by accurately forecasting demand, managing stock levels, and coordinating logistics activities. The MTO Supply Chain specialist will contribute to reducing lead times, minimizing costs, and improving customer satisfaction by ensuring that materials are available when needed. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, as the position involves constant monitoring and adjustment to handle changing market demands and operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to accurately forecast material requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to synchronize supply chain processes.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, sales forecasts, and production schedules to anticipate supply chain needs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and demand plans using supply chain management tools.
- Support procurement activities by providing necessary data and insights related to material availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.
- Identify and resolve issues related to supply delays, supply chain disruptions, or inventory inaccuracies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
