Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and manage a team of two IT professionals.
Develop and implement strategic IT plans that support the company's objectives and improve system efficiencies.
Maintain reliable network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security systems, to minimize downtime.
Coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
Ensure the security of IT assets by establishing and enforcing comprehensive security policies and procedures.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex IT issues promptly.
Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and productivity.
Prepare regular reports on IT performance, challenges, and progress for senior management.
