In Design Expert/Infographics Expert

We are seeking an experienced InDesign Expert specializing in reports and infographics to join Hashed Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing professional, visually engaging, and well-structured reports, presentations, infographics, and other corporate design materials. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and a proven ability to translate complex data and information into clear, attractive, and easy-to-understand visual formats. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and other internal teams to produce high-quality materials that align with our brand identity and communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop professional corporate reports, including annual reports, business reports, research reports, and company documents using Adobe InDesign.
- Create visually appealing infographics, charts, graphs, tables, and data visualizations.
- Convert complex information, data, and written content into clear and engaging visual layouts.
- Develop consistent and professional page layouts, typography, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across reports and corporate materials.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Prepare documents for both digital distribution and professional printing, ensuring proper formatting and print-ready files.
- Manage multiple report and design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stay current with modern trends in report design, infographics, typography, data visualization, and editorial design.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an InDesign Expert, Report Designer, Editorial Designer, or Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated experience designing professional reports, presentations, brochures, publications, and infographics.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, grids, spacing, visual hierarchy, and information design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in formatting, alignment, consistency, and data presentation.
- Ability to organize large volumes of content into clean, professional layouts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Figma (minimum 1 year) is preferred.
- Candidates must provide a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in report design and infographics.
- Preference will be given to those with demonstrated experience designing annual reports, business and corporate reports, research reports, data-driven reports, infographics, charts and data visualizations, company profiles, brochures, publications, and multi-page InDesign documents.
- A portfolio specifically highlighting report design and infographic work is highly valued.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
