Inbound Call Centre Agent – Sales

Mars BPO is looking for a motivated Inbound Call Centre Agent to join their night shift team, working from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This role focuses on handling incoming customer calls with the goal of promoting products and services, converting inquiries into sales, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying customer needs, clearly explaining product benefits, and closing sales professionally to consistently meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Effectively promote and explain products and services to potential customers.
- Convert incoming calls into successful sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue generation.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Manage customer objections and negotiate to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Meet quality standards, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain professional communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven skills in sales and negotiation techniques.
- Experience in lead conversion and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling customer objections.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Effective persuasion and closing techniques to finalize sales.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000. This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated work location. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to consistently meet sales targets, maintain strong conversion rates, and contribute positively to team KPIs.
