Inbound Customer Care Taxi Dispatch/Limo Dispatch

A well-established Canadian cab company is seeking dedicated and experienced customer service agents to join their team. The primary role involves coordinating with drivers to dispatch the nearest cab to customers promptly while maintaining clear and effective communication with both parties. This position requires multitasking abilities to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance and support throughout the service process. Candidates must be fluent in English and capable of working across various shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently locate and dispatch the nearest available cab to customers.
- Maintain continuous communication with drivers to monitor cab availability and status.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure smooth coordination between customers and drivers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet service targets and maintain operational efficiency.

- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills.
