Inbound Sales Agent

MARS BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join as Inbound Sales Agents at their Saddar, Karachi location. This full-time role offers a valuable opportunity to build a career in the international call center industry by engaging with customers from around the world. The position requires clear communication in English, explaining products and services, following up with potential clients, and consistently working towards sales targets. The shift runs from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with a commission-based pay structure complemented by performance bonuses, providing strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and fluently in English with international customers.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing professional relationships with customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer questions and objections confidently and effectively.
- Apply persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques to secure sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in interacting with international customers.
- Positive attitude and ability to perform well in a target-driven environment.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Availability to work the designated shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
