Inbound Sales Agent

MARS BPO is seeking confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals for the role of Inbound Sales Agent based in Saddar, Karachi. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in the international call center industry by engaging with customers worldwide. The role involves communicating in English, explaining products and services, following up with potential clients, and working towards sales targets. The shift timing is from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and compensation is commission-based with performance bonuses, providing strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Confidently handle customer questions and objections.
- Utilize effective persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Availability to work the 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift.
- Previous experience in international call centers or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
