Inbound Sales Agent

MARS BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join as Inbound Sales Agents at their Saddar, Karachi office. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the international call center industry by engaging with customers worldwide. The position requires strong English communication skills and a passion for sales. Responsibilities include explaining products and services, following up with potential customers, and consistently working toward sales targets. Compensation is commission-based with additional performance bonuses, offering significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Confidently address customer questions and objections.
- Utilize effective persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in interacting with international customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Availability to work the 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift.
