We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused professionals to join our UK campaign team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role requires working hours from 3 PM to 12 AM PKT. The position involves handling inbound inquiries related to vehicle rentals and purchases from UK-based customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and persuasion skills to deliver exceptional customer service and successfully convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales. This role demands professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Please note that remote work is not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from UK customers regarding vehicle rental and purchase inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
- Clearly explain rental plans, pricing, terms, and purchase details to customers.
- Build rapport and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout interactions.
- Utilize effective sales and negotiation techniques to convert leads into confirmed bookings or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or internal systems.
- Follow up with potential customers to close pending inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure booking confirmations and proper documentation.
- Adhere to company policies and meet UK customer service standards consistently.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in interacting with UK clients.
- Proven customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM or call management systems is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in call center operations, customer service, vehicle rental, automotive sales, or working on UK campaigns will be advantageous.
- Experience in inbound sales or client dealing roles is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs75,000 to Rs80,000.
