Inbound Sales Executive (US Telecom)

We are seeking a motivated sales professional with previous experience in the BPO sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging with customers, skilled at closing sales, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment. This role requires strong communication abilities and a willingness to work night shifts. The position is based on-site, offering a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions effectively to achieve sales targets
- Confidently close sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Work efficiently within a target-driven environment
- Manage telesales or call center activities as required
- Adapt to night shift schedules and maintain consistent performance

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in BPO sales or a related sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently
- Willingness to work night shifts

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in sales, telesales, or call center operations is highly preferred
- Competitive monthly pay ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000
- Work location is in person, providing direct engagement with team and customers
