Inbound Sales Executive - USA Campaign

Afir Technologies, a prominent provider of high-speed internet, cable TV, phone, and home security services across the USA, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join its Inbound Sales team. The company collaborates with leading service providers such as Frontier, AT&T, Optimum, Brightspeed, and Vivint to deliver customized connectivity, entertainment, communication, and home security solutions. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound sales, telesales, customer service, BPO, or call center sales. This role involves managing incoming customer calls, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate plans, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers interested in internet, TV, phone, and home security services.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable plans and packages.
- Clearly explain service features, pricing, promotions, and benefits to customers.
- Present available plans from partner providers tailored to customer needs.
- Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to identify opportunities and close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with potential customers as needed.
- Stay informed on the latest plans, promotions, pricing, and offers from partner providers.
- Adhere to company sales procedures, policies, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude at all times.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in inbound sales, telesales, call center sales, customer service, or BPO.
- Previous call center experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong spoken English and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong listening, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or customer management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
