Inbound Telecom Sales Executive – U.S. Cable/Internet Campaign

We are looking for confident and energetic Inbound Sales Specialists to join our U.S. Telecom campaign. In this role, you will manage inbound calls from prospective customers, evaluate their needs, and recommend the most suitable Internet and Cable plans. Your primary focus will be to close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from U.S. customers, accurately identifying their telecom service requirements.
- Recommend appropriate packages and close sales with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed call logs and follow up on leads using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales performance and share best practices.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Inbound Sales or working within a U.S. Cable/Internet campaign.
- Excellent English communication skills with a confident and clear phone presence.
- Sales-oriented mindset; self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or call-center software.
- Willingness and ability to work permanent night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
