• Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes.
  • Responsible for marking Exit of Permanent and contractual employees on system.
  • Must complete the Handing over Procedure of employees as per the employment rule.
  • Make sure HR policies and employment laws are implemented in the Region.
  • To conduct unbiased investigation and follow the Disciplinarians policy on the grievance received by the Business or Employee.
  • Make the disciplinary report and implement the Decision.
  • Monitor the Recruitment cycle, make sure all the required documents for onboarding gets completed on timely basis.
  • Responsible for Conducting the Orientation of new joiner and make sure Employee and Health cards received by the new joiner as soon as possible.
  • Address employee queries and grievances and act upon them.
  • Send request to Head Office and issue the letters to employees (Experience letter, service letter etc).
  • Assist Learning and Development Manager in facilitating Trainings and Maintaining the record of employee Attendance and Feedbacks on training.
