Looking for an Executive Chef for an exciting new restaurant opening in Lahore!
The restaurant is owned by two expats and we are looking for a highly qualified and professionalchef to lead in the kitchen. The menu has been partly developed and we would like a chef to join immediately to develop these dishes, refine the menu and begin standardising the dishes.
The scope of the role will offer full kitchen management responsibilities.
The restaurant introduces hig-end, international dishes in a casual dining space inspired by our global travels. The chef must have experience in cooking with global cuisines and must have an interest in global food trends. This is an opportunity to develop something new for the Pakistan dining market and show initiative and flair.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing the menu;
Creating an inventory of ingredients and suppliers and arranging supply and deliveries;
Managing the running of the kitchen;
Interviewing and training kitchen staff to build up a team (sous chef/cooks/cleaners);
Handling inventory.
