An established Rice Mill located in Karachi is seeking a highly experienced Incharge to oversee its operations. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of extensive experience working within rice mills and possess comprehensive knowledge of various types of rice. This role requires a strong background in managing rice mill processes and teams, ensuring smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the rice mill, ensuring all processes run efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to maintain productivity and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of raw materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement improvements to optimize production.
- Maintain detailed records of production, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience working in rice mills, with a proven track record in a supervisory or incharge role.
- In-depth knowledge of different types of rice and their processing requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in the milling industry.
