Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engineering practices to design, manage, and enhance industrial operations processes, including procurement, supply chain, and facilities engineering.
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure facilities operate at optimal performance levels.
- Lead project and change management efforts related to industrial transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate full competence in Industrial Operations Engineering, contributing effectively in complex or critical environments.
- Anticipate and understand client needs proactively to deliver customized solutions.
- Manage costs and profitability within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Organize and prioritize tasks independently to meet agreed targets and deadlines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that consider broader implications beyond immediate challenges.
- Act as a facilitator and coach to drive team collaboration and progress.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial operations engineering, encompassing procurement, supply chain, and facilities management.
- Strong skills in project and change management, especially within industrial transformation contexts.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Competence in anticipating client requirements and delivering value-added solutions.
- Experience in managing costs and ensuring profitability within a designated work area.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to support team development and facilitate progress.
