Incubation Manager (Multan)

Accelerate Punjab, an initiative by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), is seeking a motivated and experienced Incubation Manager to lead and enhance the startup ecosystem in Multan. This role involves overseeing the incubation center operations, supporting startups throughout their lifecycle, and fostering strong partnerships with investors and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Multan incubation center, including leading the team and overseeing the entire startup lifecycle from onboarding to graduation.
- Drive business development efforts by building and maintaining relationships with investors, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track startup performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact and ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in startup support, incubation, acceleration, or operational roles within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and excellent stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and partners.
