· Involved in Recruitment & Selection of all levels.
· Assist in the implementation of Recruitment policies, programs, and procedures.
· Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
· Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
· Documentation collection & verification of selected candidates.
· Reviewing application materials for completeness and keep records of applicants selected for employment.
· Salary negotiation with selected candidates.
· Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
· Receiving credentials from new hires & prepare all related document.
· Assist in the implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.
· Maintain Employee database (Oracle and Microsoft Excel).
· Maintain Attendance/Leave Record of the Employees.
· Filing of Employees personal files.
