Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking an experienced professional to join their Indirect Sourcing team in Hyderabad, India. This full-time role focuses on supporting the “Indirects” Buy Desk spend category through analytics, sourcing assistance, reporting, and contract management. The position involves working on global projects, providing project management support to category leaders, and driving execution through communication, training, and preparation for internal meetings. Key Responsibilities:
- Support procurement teams in creating and maintaining a comprehensive database for global and regional spend categories.
- Conduct spend analysis to support RFQ, RFP, lifecycle analysis, and ROI evaluations.
- Prepare RFQ, RFP, and RFI packages using spend analytics, market research, and benchmarking data.
- Maintain and update the procurement contracts database, providing early alerts for expiring contracts or compliance issues.
- Manage, integrate, and upgrade digital procurement tools to enhance spend intelligence capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify scope, dependencies, and timelines for RFx processes.
- Partner with digital and process improvement teams to identify and implement opportunities for standardization and streamlining procurement activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in an international procurement organization.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and spend analysis.
- Proficiency in digital procurement tools such as Ariba, Coupa, or Fairmarkit is preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail, especially regarding policy compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to independently and collaboratively complete tasks successfully within deadlines.
- Capacity to make informed decisions and drive task completion even in ambiguous situations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
