Dynamic Sportswear (Private) Limited, a leading manufacturer and exporter of socks in Pakistan, is seeking a motivated and energetic Industrial Engineer to join its Lean / Continuous Improvement Department. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lean team to conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Perform capacity analysis, process mapping, and waste reduction activities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Optimize manpower utilization and contribute to continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
- Work directly on the production floor, applying industrial engineering principles to real-world challenges.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a proactive approach to questioning and improving existing processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institute.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of fundamental Industrial Engineering concepts.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment on the production floor.
