We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Pharmacist to join our team. This role is well-suited for fresh Pharm-D graduates who have a strong academic foundation and a genuine interest in pharmaceutics and industrial pharmacy. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production processes, and quality systems, while actively contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and formulation of pharmaceutical products.
- Support manufacturing processes ensuring strict adherence to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to daily operations across production, quality control (QC), and research & development (R&D) departments.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including batch manufacturing records, formulation data, and production reports.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and production efficiency.
- Identify and help resolve production and process-related issues promptly.
- Stay informed about current industry practices, technological advancements, and regulatory guidelines to maintain best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) degree from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, prior exposure to formulation or industrial training is considered an advantage.
- Possession of a valid Pharmacist license as mandated by regulatory authorities.

Compensation
- Monthly salary range: Rs40,000 to Rs55,000.
