Infinite Foods is looking for a female Executive Assistant to CEO with excellent verbal and written English communication skills. She will work from Karachi office and will perform specialized, complex administrative activities to support CEO. Successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with CEO/C-level executive from large companies with same responsibilities.
Typical duties and responsibilities
- Updates management about different business activities through findings and reports
- Provides seamless support to the CEO, including create, manage, and maintain a complex daily calendar
- Requires frequent re-prioritization and shifting appointments
- Drafts, reviews and executes executive correspondence which includes letters, memos, emails etc
- Manages complex schedules and travel arrangements
- Prepares reports to keep CEO abreast of organizational and other business aspects of the company
- She fills a critical role, serving primary point of contact and working to ensure smooth operations of the office

- Superior organization skill, impeccable accuracy and attention to details
- Must be trustworthy, professional, flexible and be able to work in an environment where work outside normal working hour is a norm
