Infinity Limo Car is seeking an experienced ECommerce Store Manager to oversee and optimize all online store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. This role involves managing the inventory, streamlining the order fulfillment process, and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. The manager leads a team of five members, coordinating their efforts to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy in daily activities related to the ecommerce platform.
The successful candidate will focus on improving operational workflows, tracking inventory levels, and enhancing customer experience through data-informed strategies. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and address any challenges that may arise in the ecommerce environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to support the companys online sales growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the ecommerce store, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Lead and supervise a team of five staff members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to achieve departmental goals.
- Optimize customer experience by implementing and maintaining processes that enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent overstock or stockouts, coordinating with suppliers and logistics as needed.
- Develop and enforce standards and procedures for order processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze ecommerce metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align promotional efforts and resolve customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ecommerce best practices to maintain operational excellence.
- Train and mentor team members to build skills in inventory management, customer relations, and process optimization.
- Manage the resolution of any issues related to orders, shipments, or customer complaints promptly and effectively.
